Nylon Dreams Ltd., aim to dispatch goods in stock within 24 hours of receiving your order. Due to the high demand at this time of year it is advised to place orders as soon as possible as they are processed on a first come first served basis.
You will receive an email confirming your order, dispatch date and total amount to be charged on your credit card.
Any out of stock orders will be completed within 28 days from receipt of order.
All products will remain the property of Nylon Dreams Ltd., until full and final payment has been received.
Please be aware that all goods advertised on this website are charged in GBP UK POUNDS.
For customers outside the UK your bank will convert the payment into your currency at the exchange rate at that time.
Your bank my make an additional charge for this.

Any payment by Non UK Cheque must include the equivalent of £10.00 GBP to cover the cost of Bank Exchange Charges.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FOR ORDERS OVER 0.25 KG THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO COVER THE COST OF POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.
The maximum shipping time from the UK is 28 days but as above, we aim to dispatch all orders from stock the NEXT WORKING DAY. But please note that during high demand goods can take approx 4 weeks, especially the suspender belts, waist clinchers and camis.
RETURNS POLICY Nylon Dreams understands that sometimes you may have to return an item as it may be the wrong size, or using our 100% guarantee policy you decide you would like another item. This is within 7 days from your order being delivered by Royal Mail.
You may be subjected to a shipping charge.
This is in accordance with the Distance Trading Act.
If you need to return an order you must email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org we will then send you a returns number, all items must have a returns number or goods will be returned to sender. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Which credit cards are accepted?
